Privacy notice

This notice explains what Akrruthi collects when you use akrruthistones.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, and any city, stone, firm or message you add.
• Details that help us understand your enquiry: the page you were on, how you reached the site (such as an advertising campaign), the type of device, and the time.
• With your consent, cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel that record which pages you visit and which buttons you use, such as WhatsApp or call.

Why we use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry, visit, samples or catalogue.
• To understand which pages and campaigns help people find the right stone.
• To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When you send a form, we share your mobile number, email, name and city with Meta in hashed form (scrambled one way, so the original cannot be read back), together with the page and the time, so Meta can tell whether an advert led to your enquiry. Meta does not receive your message or other details.

We do not sell your details. We do not send marketing messages without your agreement.

Who handles it for us

Your enquiry is stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and copied to a sheet and email used only by the Akrruthi sales team. Analytics, where you allow them, are processed by Google. Advertising measurement is processed by Meta Platforms, as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to akrruthistones@gmail.com or call +91 91084 32185. You can change your cookie choices at any time from the link in the footer.
